The small town of Shallow Depths has always been small, and yet not popular with the outside world, though it is the placement of the Exceptional boarding School Midnight Depths, it has always been surrounded by oceans with main land miles across the sea.
The small island was founded in the 1900's when a man named Collin Depths shipwrecked onto the island in a freak storm, for the island was no larger than a town, it was therefore known as Shallow Depths, the mystery of how Mr.Depths got back to mainland is still one of the mysteries unsolved today.
As the decades went by, people searching a new beginning and a new life began to flock to this 'town' and soon it became a well founded town, and right in the centre lay Midnight Depths, the boarding school with a hidden Secret.
For many years in the new century, some students complained of unexplained happenings, or mysterious people in the town, and what the people of the 'town' do not know, will hurt them.
As more teenagers enroll into the school, and the town grows in population a deathly secret is unveiling, for when the clock strikes midnight, the curse comes out from hiding.
For they are under the midnight curse, and to that curse they have to obey, for their identity stays secrets, and it is unknown who the curse will strike, and when it will strike.
For the curse gives the human the power to evolve into such a supernatural that they have the power to destroy, super-speed, vanish, super-strength, morph, lift objects with sights and other personal powers. For the curse may strike at midnight to those foolish enough to wait around, but the cursed live on in this life all the time, and the curse is not a good thing, with such great supernatural powers they have to keep it secret from others for if they are found out, they are to be slayed and given a most painful death.
For the curse master summons his people through invisible sound, only hear-able to those cursed, and he may set such evil missions, will you live with the curse? or will it haunt you to your death?
Who will the curse strike? Will you be able to stay safe from this secret curse which haunts the town at midnight?
